Vulcan 60SC-10B Description
For commercial kitchens that need a range with ten open top burners as well as standard and convection ovens, you can’t go wrong with a 60SC-10B Endurance™ Restaurant Range from Vulcan. The 60” width of this range model is a great balance that will fit into most kitchens while providing the equipment that users need while providing decent elbow room to get the job done comfortably.
When comparing Restaurant Gas Ranges, the Endurance Series™ from Vulcan is unmatched. The MIG welded aluminized steel frames make this an extremely reliable range.
This range has half as many pilots as other ranges on the market with the same number of burners. This possible with Vulcan's shrouded flash tube pilot system which reduces the amount of gas used by the range over time while preventing the pilots from being extinguished by spills and boilovers. To make sure cleaning and maintenance of the open top burners is as easy as possible, the cast grates easily lift-off, and the burner heads also feature a lift-off design.
The ovens at the base of this range provide users with options, one is a convection oven while the other is standard. The convection oven uses a blower motor wired for standard 115v/60/1-ph power at 4.0 amps. Connecting the blower to a power source is easy with the included 6’ power cord. Both oven cavities are 26-⅜” wide and baker’s depth with two racks each that can be moved to four positions. Both ovens can be set to bake at temperatures between 250°F and 500°F.
