Vulcan 36S-2B24GT Description
If you need a reliable range with a thermostatically controlled griddle and a couple of burners, the Vulcan 36S-2B24GT Endurance™ Restaurant Range is one of the best restaurant-grade ranges available on the market. For durability, this 36” wide range model comes with stainless steel construction for its high shelf, sides, back riser, and front.
The Endurance Series™ from Vulcan offers Restaurant Gas Ranges with unrivaled performance. For excellent durability, this range features an aluminized steel frame that’s fully MIG welded.
The twin open top burners on this range share a single pilot using a shrouded flash tube. This design saves on gas consumption while protecting the pilot from spills and boilovers. With cast grates and lift-off burner heads, these open top burners are easy to maintain and clean.
The thermostatically controlled griddle is 24” wide providing plenty of space to work with food while maintaining the ideal temperature. To eliminate hot and cold spots while providing plenty of thermal mass, this griddle features a ⅞” thick griddle plate. A 4” wide grease trough fits spatulas for the removal of excess grease and crumbs. A pull-out crumb tray holds excess grease and crumbs and is easily accessible from the front of the range.
The standard oven base on this range features a full baker’s depth with a 26-⅜” wide opening. It comes with two racks with four positions and porcelain on the bottom and door panel for insulation. With a thermostat that controls the baking temperature between 250°F and 500°F, this oven is very versatile.
