Southbend SE36T-TTH Description
This heavy-duty commercial electric range fits a 24" griddle, a 12" hot top, and a TruVection convection oven in a 36" cooking workhorse with stainless steel front, sides, and top for long-term dependability.
The griddle comes with two (2) 5.3-kilowatt heating elements and a thermostat that allows you to set the precise cooking temperature between the supported range of 150 degrees to 450 degrees Fahrenheit. The sides and rear of the plate are fitted with splash guards to keep the workspace and everything around it mess-free. The hot top is powered by a single 5.3-kilowatt heating element and also has thermostatic controls that can reach 250 degrees Fahrenheit to 850 degrees Fahrenheit. A 9.25" deep front rail runs the entire width of the cooktop for added functionality.
The TruVection oven with electronic ignition has a two-speed fan that creates an even flow of hot air inside the cavity so everything inside cooks evenly regardless of where it is placed. It has a solid-state thermostat that operates at a range of 150 degrees Fahrenheit to 500 degrees Fahrenheit and includes a 60-minute time to ensure quality results for each recipe. The oven comes with interior lighting and glass windows that allow you to check the progress without opening the doors. When you do open the doors, they can be opened at the same time all the way to 180 degrees to aid in safe and ergonomic rack loading and unloading. The coved interior with a porcelain enamel finish makes for effortless cleaning.
This commercial range comes with a 5" stainless steel flue riser that pulls the heat and smoke produced by the unit away from users, keeping them cool and comfortable while cooking.
