Southbend SE36T-HHB Description
This 36" heavy-duty commercial electric range with two (2) round hot plates, two (2) 12" hot tops, and a TruVection convection oven offers the flexibility and power you need to serve up delicious dishes to hungry guests day-in, day-out. Built to keep up with the busiest, most challenging foodservice operations, this unit comes with front, sides, and top.
The hot tops can cook at temperatures ranging from 250 degrees Fahrenheit all the way to 850 degrees Fahrenheit. You can set the exact temperature using the thermostat controls so you can perfect each and every dish. The front of the cooktop is a 9.25" deep rail for additional functionality. The round hotplates are 9" in diameter and can be controlled via a three-heat switch that lets you adjust the intensity to low, medium, and high settings.
The TruVection oven in this commercial range allows you to bake large batches of food with the help of a two-speed fan that moves the hot air around the cavity to create an evenly heated space. You can use the solid-state thermostat controls to change the temperature between the range of 150 degrees Fahrenheit to 500 degrees Fahrenheit so you can perfect each dish. The interior light and the glass windows on the dependent doors allow you to monitor cooking progress without distributing the oven. When you need to unload and load products, you can open the doors all the way to 180 degrees to make the tasks safer and more ergonomic. The coved interior is porcelain enamel, which makes grime easy to spot and clean off.
This commercial range comes with a 9.25" deep front rail and a 5" stainless steel flue riser that redirects heat and smoke from the unit away from the users. The 6" legs supporting the unit can be set to different heights to accommodate uneven floors.
