This 48" heavy-duty commercial gas range has a full-width manually controlled griddle perfect for burgers, pancakes, and other breakfast staples plus two (2) stainless steel cabinets for convenient storage. The stainless steel front, sides, and exterior bottom, and 6" adjustable legs give the durability it needs to last in rigorous use.

There are eight (8) burners that each deliver 16,000 BTU of cooking power. The 1" thick plate holds heat for extended periods so the griddle spends less time preheating or return to desired cooking temperature after each use. Splash guards are set around the rear and sides of the plate while the front is a 9.5" deep rail. Save time and labor on maintenance with the removable stainless steel grease drawer. The cabinets provide a durable stainless steel constructed space for storing wares and cooking essentials so you use less time walking to different parts of the kitchen to collect the tools you need for cooking sessions. These cabinets are fitted with removable doors that open from the center.

This commercial range also comes with fully insulated lining and burner box and a 5" high stainless steel flue riser that diverts the heat and smoke produced by the unit away from users.
