This 36" heavy-duty commercial gas range is a great choice for operators looking to add powerful open burners and a cabinet to their kitchen. This unit is well-equipped to handle the demanding foodservice operations, thanks to the stainless steel construction of the front, sides, rear, exterior, and 6" adjustable legs.

This 180,000 BTU unit has four (4) Signature Pyromax burners that each deliver 45,000 BTU. They are non-clogging to prevent the gas flow from being constructed by overflow liquids. There is a removable welded steel top grate that supports the pots and pans and creates a flat surface that makes it safer and more ergonomic to reposition them when needed. There is a removable drip tray that makes it easy to maintain the cooktop. 

Great for keeping cooking supplies near and instantly accessible, the cabinet is also made of stainless steel for added durability. The doors are removable and can be opened from the center. The front of the cooktop is a 9.25" deep rail that adds functional table space. The lining and burner box are fully insulated to make the operation efficient.
