Southbend 234R Description
The Southbend 234R double-radiant gas broiler is a reliable piece of heavy-duty commercial cooking equipment designed and manufactured to meet the toughest standards in the industry. This deck-type broiler has been carefully engineered and designs are verified through laboratory tests and field installations.
This high-efficiency broiler is rated at 55,000 BTU per burner for a total of 110,000 BTU in the broiler. This unit is available with a cabinet, standard range oven, or convection oven base. This broiler is a combination of speed, efficiency and output in a broiler that just won't quit. From the rugged, welded steel broiler grids to the dependable grid adjustment mechanism, Southbend’s Broilers are built tough to last. This unit has stainless front, sides, and back panel with 6" adjustable stainless steel legs. The interior shelving is made of high-heat aluminized steel. This broiler is equipped with twin burner controls. This also features easy grip, spring balance adjusting lever.
