The KLF610-C 6' x 10' x 6'-7" H Kold Locker from NorLake is a reliable walk-in freezer that is quick and easy to deploy that will last for many years. This commercial walk-in freezer has 295 cu. ft. of internal volume.

This walk-in freezer is made up of 4” thick panels with 26 gauge steel on the interior and exterior sides with an embossed stucco coating that provides corrosion resistance. The rest of the thickness of the panels is made up of foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation that has an R-value of 32. Kold Locker walk-in units are easy to assemble, each panel has male and female mating rails that make alignment easy while foamed-in-place cam locking fasteners lock the panels together for an airtight seal. The corners feature panel gaskets that go around the exterior perimeter continuously without any breaks or cuts. Each ceiling and floor panel has foamed-in-place edge caps that can’t come loose compared to those that are overlapped or mechanically fastened.

To prevent the passage of air. when the standard 26” wide door is closed, the door has a stepped profile. This provides a mechanical barrier that allows the internal temperature to be maintained efficiently. The two hinges can be installed on the right or left of the door and include field-adjustable cam-lifts with a locking set screw. A spring-actuated door closer makes sure it’s never left ajar to keep cooling costs low. The door panel is 4’ wide with the door pre-hung from the factory. A replaceable perimeter heating wire is included as well as a vapor proof LED lighting fixture that is activated by a switch complete with an exterior indicator light, a digital thermometer, and magnetic stainless steel trim. The interior is secured with an NL 9800 deadbolt handle with an independent key/padlock feature. To keep workers safe, the interior has a safety release to make sure they are never locked in.

The temperature inside this walk-in freezer reaches a brisk temperature of -10°F thanks to the ceiling-mounted RCPF100JC-S-4-EV Capsule Pak Refrigeration System that provides 3444 BTU/hr of cooling. To set the temperature inside the walk-in the Enviro-Control™ system is included, this will efficiently maintain the temperature and also lets you set the defrost timer. An automatic condensate vaporizer is included removing the need for drain lines.
