The KLF77610-C 6' x 10' x 7'-7" H Kold Locker from NorLake is a reliable indoor walk-in freezer that your business can rely upon to keep frozen goods safe. With 344 cu. ft. of refrigerated space there's more than enough room to store items safely in bulk.

The 4” thick panels of this commercial walk-in freezer feature 26 gauge steel on both sides with a corrosion-resistant embossed stucco coating. Between the steel panels, foamed-in-place insulation provides plenty of insulation with an R-value of 32. One end of each panel has a male rail and the opposite end has a female rail, this allows each panel to fit together tightly and blocking airflow. Cam locking fasteners are foamed-in-place to tighten panels together. A continuous panel gasket goes around the outer perimeter free of cuts or breaks. The ceiling and floor panels feature foamed-in-place edge caps that will stay in place for the life of the cooler.

To prevent airflow, the door has a stepped profile to keep the heat out efficiently. At 26 inches wide, the standard door provides easy access to the interior. The standard door kit can be replaced with the optional 30” wide door kit with stainless steel kick plate with no additional cost. Two cam-lift hinges are included with the door and can be installed on the right or left. These hinges are field-adjustable to make sure the door swings freely while providing an airtight seal. A spring-assisted door closer is included to keep the door from being left ajar. 

The door comes in a 4-foot wide panel section complete with a digital thermometer, magnetic stainless steel trim, a replaceable perimeter heating wire, and bright interior LED lighting complete with an external indicator light, The valuable contents are kept secure with an NL 9800 deadbolt locking handle that can be locked with your own padlock. To prevent workers from getting locked inside, a safety release is included.

Everything inside the freezer is kept at -10°F by the ceiling-mounted RCPF150JC-S-4-EV Capsule Pak Refrigeration System that produces 6120 BTU/hr of cooling. The refrigeration system is controlled by the Enviro-Control™ panel, this allows you to set the interior temperature and the system will monitor and maintain the temperature as efficiently as possible. This control panel also controls the defrost timer and can activate a manual defrost cycle. To eliminate the need for a floor drain, this unit comes with an automatic condensate vaporizer.
