This Ice-O-Matic Ice Machine is a Elevation Series Modular Cube Ice Maker that can produce up to 586 lbs of ice every 24 hours (This figure is based on tests with controlled temperatures of 70°F for the ambient air and 50°F for the water). A water cooled ice machine like this model is ideal for use in environments where a self-contained air-cooled model is either infeasible or counter-intuitive to the establishment’s cooling system. Each edge of the ice cubes made by this unit measure 7/8 inch. For every 100 lbs of ice this unit produces 181 gallons of cooling water, 20.0 gallons of potable water, and 4.70 kWh of power are consumed. This Full Dice Ice Machine unit is designed to use standard 115v/60/1-ph power at 17.4 amps.

Cleaning the BPA Free Plastic Food Zone is easy since the parts simply snap apart and can be put in the dishwasher. The Plastic Food Zone is accessed by removing the front panel for convenient servicing. For extended periods between cleanings the unit features Agion® technology that inhibits microbial growth from occurring to make sure ice coming out of this ice maker is pure.
