This Ice-O-Matic Ice Machine is a Elevation Series Modular Cube Ice Maker that produces “Grande” extra-large ice cubes that are perfect for top-shelf drinks. These ice cubes measure 1-1/4” by 1-1/8” by 7/8”. This air-cooled ice machine is rated to produce a maximum of 800 lbs of ice in 24 hours with ideal conditions. 5.4 kWh of power and 19 gallons of water are consumed by this ice maker to produce 100 lbs of ice. This model is wired for 208-230v/60/1-ph power and draws 12.3 amps.

Air-cooled Oversized Cubes Ice Makers always require decent airflow to operate properly. This can be a challenge when space is limited, which is why the Elevation Series™ ice makers feature dual exhaust zones. This ice machine unit is designed to work perfectly fine even if one of these exhaust zones is obstructed allowing this unit to be installed in challenging locations.

The display on this device is simple, a Smart LED lets operators know when the unit is operating and when cleaning is necessary. Sanitation and Descaling tasks are simplified with one-touch controls inside the front panel. The BPA Free plastic food zone is easy to clean and maintain.
