Hatco CDW-3N Drawer Warmer

The CDW-3N freestanding drawer warmer with three (3) drawer storage by Hatco gives operators like you the option to pre-cook a bulk of dishes to meet demands during busier hours of the day. Although narrower than the standard drawing warmers, at just 16.63", this unit can fit a large volume of food at the same time, with each drawer is sized for 12.75"W x 20.75" food pans with 2.5", 4", and 6" depth to accommodate your storage demands. 

This unit comes standard with a total of three (3) 6" deep food pans. Hatco champions durability, and this unit shows its tireless commitment with stainless steel construction that runs from the exterior to the inside including the drawer assembly. The drawer slides are solidly made to stay sturdy for constant opening and closing, and the rollers are nylon, making this unit even more durable and less likely to fail. 

Each drawer extends fully for safe, no-tilt pan placement and removal. The handles are chrome and are angled to protect from damage from passing carts. The unit stands on low-profile casters, keeping the height at 30".

This unit integrates a unique convection system operating at low velocity during heating and holding for even temperatures through the cavity. This makes this drawer warmer perfect for foods that need to stay crisp and fresh such as tortilla chips. Insulation on the top and sides of the cabinet ensures that products are stored in the ideal environment for optimal freshness and quality. The temperature can be viewed and easily adjusted from the digital controller. 

The Hatco CDW-3N warming drawer is an NSF and cULus-certified, UL EPH-classified product made in the USA. It ships with a 6' cord and plug.

Electrical connections available are 120v/60/1-ph at 8.5 amps and 230v/50/1-ph at 4.1 amps.
