Hatco HDW-3N Warming Drawer Unit

Designed to easily fit in most kitchen setups, the HDW-3N by Hatco is a narrow warming drawer unit with a width of only 20.88 inches. The unit packs three (3) 20.75 x 12.75-inch heavy-duty stainless steel drawers that can hold 6" deep food pans. 

WIth individual thermostatic controls for each drawer, you can warm a variety of foods at the same time, perfect for restaurants with a varied menu. The drawers can be opened all the way so that the pans can be removed safely without having to tilt.

Built for longevity, this warming drawer is all stainless steel down to the drawer slides. This material is easy to keep clean and can stand up to the test of time. The rollers are made of nylon, engineered for smooth operation and added durability to reduce the need for replacement or breakdowns in the middle of the operation.

The individual cavities of this Hatco warming drawer unit are all fully insulated on the top and the sides to preserve product integrity at more manageable energy rates. Each drawer can be turned on or off with its corresponding flip switch to conserve energy. If you want increased or limited moisture levels for certain foods, each food has a sliding vent that you can open or close. 

The warming drawer is mounted on 4" heavy-duty legs. You can opt for colored front drawer panels if you want the unit to match your decor or if you want the added benefit of instant product identification if you have multiple drawer warmers at work in the same kitchen.

The Hatco HDW-3N warming drawer is an NSF and cULus-certified product made in the USA. It ships with a 6' cord and plug.
