This heavy-duty commercial gas range provides an easy way to add two (2) 17" front-fired hot tops to your kitchen. With its rust-and-stain-resistant stainless steel front and sides, this unit will be a reliable addition to your operation. Each hot top on this commercial range is powered by three (3) jet burners that deliver up to 40,000 BTU. They are individually controlled so you can maximize the cooking surface. These hot tops have cast-iron rings and lids that can be removed to accommodate your various cooking needs. All burners use electric ignition with flame failure protection for safe and easy use. This heavy-duty range has passed CE, CSA Flame, CSA Star, and NSF guidelines.
