Garland US Range G24-2G12L Description
If you want versatility and cooking power in your kitchen, this 24" wide G24-2G12L restaurant gas range with two (2) powerful 33,000 BTU burners, 12" griddle, and SpaceSaver oven will be a great piece of cooking equipment to add to your lineup. This unit provides a large 27" deep cooking space that can handle a varied menu.
This commercial range has stainless steel worktop surface, front, and sides for excellent durability. Each burner gets its own large, easy-to-operate control knob as well as the oven and the griddle. This unit also features a 2-piece stainless steel back guard and shelf for added safety. For easy maintenance, this restaurant range comes with 12" section stamped drip trays with a dimpled bottom.
Top
The H-style burners feature a cast iron top and ring grates with excellent tensile strength and heat retention to handle tougher kitchen conditions! The design also allows you to slide heavy pots from one section to another with ease. The griddle operates at 18,000 BTU per hour, making the unit more versatile. At the front of the burners and griddle is a 5/8" stainless steel plate that provides an extra surface for plating.
Base
The oven is powered by an H-style 32,000 BTU burner and includes one (1) rack that you can switch to three (3) rack positions so you can maximize the space inside. The all-porcelain interior is not only easy to clean and long-lasting but also perfect for achieving cooking consistency! The temperature can go up to 500 degrees Fahrenheit, which you can set via the snap-action modulating thermostat to achieve an even bake and fast recovery.
This Garland restaurant range passes CSA Flame, CSA Star, cCSAus, and NSF standards. It stands on 6" stainless steel legs that you can adjust to set the unit to the most comfortable height for your staff and your setup.
