Vulcan 24S-4B-QS-PLATINUM Description
Smaller kitchens that need a compact solution that provides open top burners and a standard oven, should strongly consider the 24S-4B Endurance™ Restaurant Range from Vulcan as an option. This range is extremely reliable and exceeds the expectations of professionals that use it around the world. Coming in at 24” wide, this range unit has a small footprint while delivering reliable service. Stainless steel is used on the front, back riser, sides, and high shelf to make sure it will last for years to come.
Vulcan’s Endurance Series™ offers operators with restaurant range units that stand above the rest. The MIG welded aluminized steel frames make this an extremely reliable range. With Vulcan’s Restaurant Gas Ranges operators can be sure that the equipment in their commercial kitchen is up to the task of keeping up with peak demand without issue.
This range has four open top burners and two pilots, one for every two burners. This is achieved with Vulcan's flash tube pilot system which protects the pilots from boilovers and spills by shrouding the pilots all while reducing the amount of gas consumed by the unit due to the reduction in the number of total pilots. To make sure cleaning and maintenance of the open top burners is as easy as possible, the cast grates easily lift-off, and the burner heads also feature a lift-off design.
At the base of this range is a standard oven featuring a baker’s depth that’s 20-¼” wide. It comes with two racks that can be moved to 4 different positions. The oven is insulated with porcelain on the door panel and oven bottom. To give users a wide range of baking temperatures this oven comes with a thermostat that can be set between 250°F and 500°F.
