Garland US Range G24-G24L Description
This 24" wide G24-4T restaurant gas range features a large 24" griddle powered by two H-style 18,000 burners that offers a 27" deep cooking surface to allow you to cook a large quantity of food at the same time! Below is a powerful SpaceSaver oven that adds 32,000 BTU of additional baking and cooking power to your kitchen.
This commercial range is stainless steel, making it effortless to keep clean and very difficult to corrode! The SpaceSaver oven on this unit has a porcelain interior that is also highly durable and can be perfectly maintained with light scrubbing! The temperature can go up to 500 degrees Fahrenheit, and with the snap-action modulating thermostat, you can always count on an even bake and fast recovery!
An oven rack is included and can be moved up and down on the three rack guides so you can maximize the space and accommodate larger food items. There is a cool-touch handle for safer operation. There are two 12" drip trays that hold water and grease and are easy to pull out.
There's a 5" plate rail at the front designed to preserve its cool temperature so you can safely use it for plating. You also get a two-piece backguard to prevent splashes onto walls and other equipment. It is supported by 6" stainless steel legs that can be adjusted on the feet so you can find the right height for your setup. The knobs are large and are designed for easy distinction of functions.
This Garland restaurant range meets CSA Flame, CSA Star, cCSAus, and NSF standards for guaranteed safe and commercial use.
