The FWE MTU-12P Solid Door Mobile Heated Holding Cabinet allows operators to dial in both the temperature and humidity of food stored inside to provide the ideal conditions to maximize holding time without degrading flavor or texture. The pass-thru configuration allows for efficient handling. To provide flexible storage options, the interior features universal tray slides that can be adjusted at 1-½” increments to a maximum spacing of 4-½”. The tray slides can accept 12”x20” or 18”x26” pans.

Depending on the food stored inside, users can adjust the humidity with a simple dial that ranges from moist to crisp. The temperature is graduated at 10-degree increments and can be adjusted between 90° and 190°F. The temperature is easy to monitor with the thermometer and the control panel is located at eye-level and recessed to stay out of the way. To distribute warm moist air around the cabinet a fan-cooled Hi-Temp blower motor is installed. Moisture is provided by a 12” x 20” removable stainless steel water reservoir. The temperature and humidity are controlled by two separate Incoloy nickel-chromium heating elements.

For ease of use, while providing a low profile design, the door is easy to open with a magnetic workflow door handle. To keep heat from escaping the stainless steel door is insulated and an air-tight seal is provided by a cabinet-mounted door gasket.

20 Gauge stainless steel construction for the exterior makes sure this cabinet will last for several years in even the most grueling foodservice environments. The polished finish will maintain its appearance while being easy to wipe-down. For easy cleaning, the 22 gauge stainless steel interior features coved corners. This cabinet is insulated with UG-26 high-density fiberglass in the bottom, back, sides, and top of this cabinet. This keeps the heat in while saving on power usage. This cabinet is equipped with 5” heavy-duty polyurethane casters that make it easy to move into place.

To assure quality, safety, and sanitation, this holding cabinet is UL listed, EPH Classified, and features both IPX4 and CE certification.
