For operators that need a holding cabinet with temperature and humidity controls the FWE MTU-4 Solid Door Mobile Heated Holding Cabinet is an easy pick. To provide flexible storage options, the interior features universal tray slides that can be adjusted at 1-½” increments to a maximum spacing of 4-½”. The tray slides can accept 18”x26” or 12”x20” pans.

For easy access while staying out of the way the controls are located at eye-level and are recessed. This allows users to quickly check the holding temperature at a glance. The thermostat controls are graduated at 10-degree intervals and can be set from 90° to 190°F. To adjust humidity the dial can be turned from moist to crisp. Two separate Incoloy nickel-chromium heating elements generate heat for the holding temperature and humidity. An easy to clean removable stainless steel water reservoir measuring 12”x20” provides water for moisture control. Warm air and moisture are circulated around the cabinet by a self-lubricated Hi-Temp blower motor that’s fan-cooled.

For ease of use, while providing a low profile design, the door is easy to open with a magnetic workflow door handle. The insulated stainless steel door locks the heat in thanks to a cabinet-mounted door gasket.

The cabinet features a tough 20 gauge stainless steel exterior with an easy to wipe-down polished finish. The interior features 22 gauge stainless steel construction with coved corners to make cleaning a breeze. This cabinet is insulated with UG-26 high-density fiberglass in the bottom, back, sides, and top of this cabinet. This keeps the heat in while saving on power usage. This cabinet is equipped with 3-½” swivel casters with brakes. 

To assure quality, safety, and sanitation, this holding cabinet is UL listed, EPH Classified, and features both IPX4 and CE certification.
