The HLC-8H-24 Handy Line 1/2 Height Solid Door Mobile Heated Holding Cabinet from FWE is a dependable heated cabinet built from the ground up to keep food at a warm safe temperature before serving it. The removable fixed racks inside this heated cabinet feature spacing of 2-⅝” and can hold 12”x20” pans.

Users can easily monitor the temperature inside the cabinet with the high-visibility digital display. The simple control interface allows the holding temperature to be set from 90°F to 190°F. To increase food safety, a low-temperature alarm can be set to prevent food from being stored at a dangerous temperature before serving. Radiant heat is provided by reliable Incoloy nickel-chromium alloy heating elements. 

Accessing the interiors is simple with the easy to grasp magnetic workflow handles. Heat is locked into the cabinet by insulated stainless steel doors. For an air-tight seal, cabinet-mounted door seals are installed. The door features an inch of fiberglass insulation.

20 Gauge stainless steel construction for the exterior makes sure this cabinet will last for several years in even the most grueling foodservice environments. The polished finish will maintain its appearance while being easy to wipe-down. For easy cleaning, the 22 gauge stainless steel interior features coved corners. To keep the interior nice and warm without needing to use too much power, this cabinet features UG-26 high-density fiberglass insulation. This cabinet is equipped with 6” heavy-duty polyurethane casters that make it easy to move into place.

This holding cabinet features IPX4 and CE certification as well as being listed by UL and classified by UL EPH; making sure it’s made to the highest safety and sanitation standards.
