The interior features fixed racks with 2-⅝” spacing designed to hold GN 1/1 and  12”x20pans. The racks are removable.

Users can set the temperature inside the cabinet between 90°F and 190°F and easily monitor the actual temperature with the high-visibility digital display. The Incoloy nickel-chromium alloy heating element provides radiant heat to this cabinet.

The doors are easy to open with magnetic workflow door handles. The insulated stainless steel doors lock the heat in thanks to cabinet-mounted door gaskets. An inch of fiberglass insulation keeps the heat from escaping from this insulated door. 

20 Gauge stainless steel construction for the exterior makes sure this cabinet will last for several years in even the most grueling foodservice environments. The polished finish will maintain its appearance while being easy to wipe-down. For easy cleaning, the 22 gauge stainless steel interior features coved corners. Keeping the interior nice and warm without using too much power is easy thanks to the UG-26 high-density fiberglass insulation in the top, sides, bottom, and back of the cabinet. Four 3.5” swivel casters make it easy to move this cabinet around.

To make sure this holding cabinet is up to the task of commercial use, it features CE and IPX4 certification as well as UL listing and UL EPH classification for safety and sanitation.
