With stainless steel construction from the frypot to the door and cabinet sides and all the way to the basket hangers, this product can withstand harsh environments and heavy use. The flat-bar heating elements on the 21814EF electric fryer are built for longevity, with a self-standing and swing-up design and a low-watt density.

Frymaster's oil conserving technology is present in the 21814EF fryer. Depending on the battery configuration, you can save 12-20% oil and perform high-capacity frying for 30-50% less energy. If you are crunched for space, this unit won’t be difficult to squeeze into your kitchen, requiring 10-15% less space than standard Commercial Deep Fryers.
