Large frying productions require a proper companion like the FPRE280-21 electric multiple-battery fryer by Frymaster, boasting two (2) 80-lb stainless steel 22 kW frypots (full and split available) each with a spacious 18" x 18" x 4-3/8" frying area and two (2) twin baskets. With stainless steel construction on the frypots, front, and sides, this commercial deep fryer can resist rust and corrosion to maintain a sleek, tough, and easy-to-clean build.
A filtration system is packed inside the fryer cabinet offers convenience while making the most of your floor space. With a regular temperature indicator and illuminated display plus neat features like automatic melt cycle and boil-out mode, the digital controller on this open-pot fryer is designed with ease of use in mind. The RTD 1° compensating temperature probe offers unparalleled accuracy to help you preserve oil life and whip up delicious fried foods in every cook.
The FPRE280-21 fryer features a cold zone with a 1-1/4" (3.2 cm) IPS ball-type drain valve for single Commercial Deep Fryers in addition to a 1-1/2" (3.81 cm) full-port drain valve on fryer batteries. The bottom is sloped so that draining is quicker while the rear oil flush pulls the sediment to the front for easy retrieval.
The self-standing flat-bar heating elements can simply be lifted out of the way to take the unnecessary complications of routine cleaning. There is a drain safety switch for extra worker protection, especially during busy hours. The entire unit rests on 6" legs that are adjustable to various heights for ergonomic use and easy cleanup.
