Delfield EHEI74C E-Chef" Hot Food Table

The EHEI74C is a powerful and long-lasting hot food table from Delfield that accommodates five (5) 12 x 20 x 6" food pans! 

This unit has stainless steel construction from the top and individual wells to the sides and base shelves, giving it a durable and sleek appearance that’s easy to maintain and highly resistant to wear-and-tear and corrosion! 

Each food well is heated by a 1000-watt heating element with infinite temperature controls to provide you the flexibility your menu needs. The 8" polyethylene cutting board provides a clean, spacious, and knife-friendly work surface for preparing and plating food.

There is a stainless steel plate shelf just below the pans and stainless steel shelf at the bottom complete with a 3" riser to make sure that everything you need to whip up orders is within reach! The base is attached to four (4) casters for mobility while the 1/2" manifolded drains with common gate valve remove the complexities of equipment maintenance.

This Delfield hot food table requires 60Hz and single-phase electrical connection at either 220v (15 amps) or 230v (16 amps). This unit is approved by cUL, UL, and NSF for safe commercial use. A NEMA cord with 5-30P plug is included.
