E-Chef™ Hot Food Table, Electric, 60" L, (4) 12" x 20" sealed hot food wells with drains, infinite controls, fill faucet (field installation - includes pre-punched faucet holes (left & right) and (2) chrome plugs), 8" poly cutting board, open base, stainless steel plate shelf, top, sides, bottom shelf with 3" rear riser, casters, cUL, UL, NSF

If you need to keep large volumes of different meals hot and ready to serve throughout the day, the EHEI60C E-Chef Hot Food Table with four (4) heated food wells is what you need. This unit holds 12 x 20 x 6" food pans and heats contents using a 1000-watt heating element with infinite controls for accuracy and versatility. A 8" poly cutting board at the front of the wells allows you to plate orders with speed.

The wells and the interior are constructed with heavy-gauge stainless steel for long-lasting durability! The 1/2" drains are arranged in a manifold and use a common gate valve for easy maintenance. 

At the base are two shelves for storing all the items you need to prepare and serve meals. For added mobility, this unit comes standard with four (4) casters that provide the mobility you need to bring hot food to your customers fast.

Requiring 220 or 230v with 60Hz and 1-ph electrical connection, this hot food table is rated at 15 amps for 220v and 16 amps for 230v. It is certified by cUL, UL, and NSF for safe commercial use. NEMA cord with a 5-30P plug supplied.

Specifications:
Exterior: Top is one-piece heavy-gauge stainless steel with integral 2.12” square nosing on front with 90˚ turn down at the rear. Sides are heavy-gauge single thickness stainless steel with 2” bends on front and rear. Top: Top is available with (2) to (5) 11.87” x 19.87” sealed individual wells to accommodate 12”x20” pans 6” deep. Each well is constructed of heavy-gauge stainless steel with 1/2” drains. Drains are manifolded together with common gate valve. Each well is individually controlled by infinite controls. Controls are mounted on the front of the stainless steel plate shelf. Each well has a 1000 watt heating element with high limit safety switches. Interior: Bottom shelf is heavy-gauge stainless steel with 3” high riser at the rear. 7” heavy-gauge stainless steel plate shelf on the front of the unit. Electrical: (2) well units are standard with 120V electrical. (3) to (5) well units are standard with 208V electrical. All models on legs must be hardwired in the field. All models on casters are standard with relevant NEMA cord and plug.
