If your establishment is short on space but you need a Commercial Undercounter Dishwasher that can handle dishes and glassware efficiently an undercounter unit like the UL-130 Dishwasher from Champion is just what you need. This dishwasher can handle up to 25 racks per hour while using 1.5 gallons of water per rack.
The 15-¾” door opening makes it easy to load and unload racks of dishes and glassware safely and efficiently. To make sure delicate stemware isn’t damaged the StemSure™ soft start system gradually ramps up the washing pressure. Water is automatically drained after the wash cycle and clean water is used to properly sanitize dishes. The wash pump features a 1 HP motor and the wash tank is electrically heated to maintain the water temperature between wash cycles.
To make sure this unit operates safely a door safety switch automatically stops the wash or rinse cycle when the door is opened while low water tank heat protection prevents the unit from overheating in case the water supply doesn’t fully fill the wash tank. This unit uses standard 115v/60/1-ph power at 12.0 amps and comes with a 4’ plug set.
