To quickly and efficiently wash dishware and glassware in confined spaces an Commercial Undercounter Dishwasher like the Champion UH230B Dishwasher is the best option. With a handling rate of 40 racks per hour this dishwasher delivers dependable results in a small package and it only uses 0.78 gallons of water per rack which makes it ENERGY STAR® compliant.
A door opening of 14-¾” allows users to quickly load and unload dishes safely. Stemware and more fragile dishes are kept safe by the StemSure™ soft start feature. After each wash cycle, the water is automatically drained and clean hot water heated by a built-in electric booster ensures sanitary rinsing at 180°F. The wash tank is electrically heated to keep wash water hot between cycles and a 1 HP pump motor provides plenty of pressure to the interchangeable upper and lower wash and rinse arms.
Operating this dishwater is simple and safe thanks to a door safety switch and a low water tank heat protection system. This dishwasher uses 208-240v/60/1-ph but can be converted to 3-phase operation in the field.
