If you need an efficient Commercial Undercounter Dishwasher that takes up as little room as possible a compact unit like the UH130B Dishwasher from Champion is an excellent solution. With the ability to wash 25 racks per hour with only 1.8 gallons of water per rack, this dishwasher is incredibly efficient.
With a 15-¾” door opening, this unit makes loading and unloading items as easy as possible in the space provided. Thanks to the StemSure™ soft start system fragile dishes and stemware can be washed safely without fear of damage. The wash cycle ends with automatic draining and fresh hot water heated by a 6 kW booster with a 70°F rise is used for rinsing to ensure superior sanitization. A 1 HP wash motor provides plenty of water pressure to properly wash dishes and glassware while an electric tank heater makes sure water is at the right temperature between cycles.
To make operation easy and safe a door safety switch and low water tank heat protection are built into this dishwasher. This dishwasher uses 208-240v/60/1-ph power and is field convertible to 3-phase power.
