The ZEPH-200-G ADDL single-deck half-size convection oven by Blodgett is a ruggedly constructed, energy-efficient, and highly versatile piece of baking equipment that adds 60,000 BTU of cooking power to your foodservice kitchens. This unit is stainless steel on the top, sides, and bottom reinforced with a full angle-iron frame. It has a single baking compartment fitted with a total of five (5) chrome-plated removable racks that can be adjusted to up to 13 rack positions to fit taller items or accommodate more items with shorter height. This is the extra-deep model that can accommodate full-size baking pans whichever way they are placed.

Roast and bake meats, vegetables, and pastries at temperatures ranging from 200 degrees Fahrenheit to 50 degrees Fahrenheit. The commercial oven uses both direct and indirect heat to give you full cooking flexibility and stellar cooking results. It has a dual inlet blower wheel with a 0.5 hp motor that operates at two (2) speeds to bring the air around every rack of food to achieve consistent bake quality. Swiftly move between one cooking session to another by quickly bringing down the temperature inside the chamber.

The solid-state infinite thermostat gives you precise control over the temperature while the digital timer keeps you on target so that each product comes out of the oven cooked just right. The low-maintenance electric spark ignition system offers the additional benefit of fuel efficiency and consistent flame. The removable dual-tube burners ensure the flame height and distribution are even and optimal. 

The combustion chamber is made of aluminized steel for reliable performance in high temperatures. The top, sides, and bottom of the double-sided porcelainized cavity are insulated with solid mineral fiber to prevent heat loss and maintain the desired temperatures during cooking. A pair of 50-watt commercial bake oven lamps light up the entire interior so that you can easily check the progress of each bake right from the dual-pane thermal glass windows installed on the stainless steel doors. The powder-coated handle is designed to open and close the doors synchronously for better support and ergonomics in loading and unloading food. The doors are reinforced by a triple-mounted pressure lock with turnbuckle assembly.

This commercial oven is mounted safely on two pairs of 25" tall stainless steel legs, which you can adjust to different heights to keep the oven stable on uneven floors or set it higher for cleaning the space below the unit. The pressure regulator is located on the front along with the manual gas cut-off valve so they are easy to access for servicing or emergency. The presence of air mixers with adjustable air shutters means you also have control of the quality of the flame that the burner generates. Ventilation can be handled by either a draft diverter or a draft hood, depending on your needs.

The Blodgett ZEPH-200-G ADDL single-deck half-size convection oven meets ETL, CE, and NSF standards and comes with a two-year warranty on parts and labor and a three-year limited warranty on the oven door.
