Blodgett ZEPH-100-G BASE Description
Whether you want a gooey cookie, tender meat, or moist veggies with a perfectly browned and crisped exterior, the Blodgett ZEPH-100-G BASE single-deck gas convection oven packing 45,000 BTU cooking power will surely deliver. This is an ENERGY STAR-certified product that comes with five (5) chrome-plated racks that can hold five (5) full-size sheet pans. You can arrange them on 11 rack guides spaced with a minimum of 40mm, so you can maximize the capacity and fit larger items or small items in larger quantities. This unit has a stainless steel construction from the top to the sides and front that is resistant to rust and super easy to keep clean. A full-angle iron frame keeps the entire unit stable.
Inside the cavity is a two-speed fan with a dual inlet blower wheel that blows hot air around the food so it cooks quickly and evenly no matter where they are positioned on the rack guides. This commercial oven cooks with direct heat to get that crisped skin and juicy interiors on your meats and vegetables. You can adjust the temperature from 200 degrees to 500 degrees Fahrenheit using the solid-state manual infinite control thermostat with excellent accuracy. You can rely on the digital timer to keep you on track with your baking progress while unlocking more time for you to get more kitchen tasks done. The unit can also cool down to quickly lower the temperature when starting a new bake session immediately.
The aluminized steel combustion chamber is well-equipped for high temperatures and with the solid mineral fiber insulating the sides, and bottom of the cavity, it can sustain temperatures consistently to get top-quality bake every single time.
The cooking chamber is lined with double-sided porcelain and is lit by two 50-watt lamps for superior visibility through the dual-pane thermal glass window on each of the left and right stainless steel doors. A single powder-coated handle allows you to open and shut the doors in a single go, making it much safer and faster to load and remove food. With the triple-mounted pressure lock and a turnbuckle assembly, the doors create a better-protected seal.
The electric spark ignition increases the efficiency of the oven while the removable dual-tube burners disperse the heat uniformly and ensures consistent height all around. The air mixers come with air shutters to ensure your burners produce that blue flame for optimal performance. Onboard, you also get a 0.5 horsepower blower motor that prevents the unit from overloading. The pressure regulator and a manual gas cut-off valve located on the front for convenience.
The Blodgett ZEPH-100-G BASE single-deck half-size convection oven is available in natural gas and liquid propane models. The unit meets ETL and NSF standards and includes a two-year warranty on parts and labor and a three-year limited warranty on the oven door.
