Now you can supplement your busy kitchen or upgrade your small volume operation without spiking up energy costs with this 50,000 BTU Blodgett DFG-200-ES SGL gas convection oven. This is an ENERGY STAR-rated piece of equipment that delivers superior performance for lower energy consumption. With its 1" solid block plus 1" mineral fiber insulation, fuel-efficient electronic spark ignition, and a direct-fired gas system that uses direct heat for faster cooking times at much lower temperature zones, this unit can increase your daily capacity and your daily savings! This unit has a much deeper cavity that accepts five (5) full-size baking pans in both left-to-right and back-to-back positions.

This commercial oven is stainless steel at the top, bottom, and sides for ease of cleaning and maximum durability and rust protection. The unit stands on a set of four 25" tall stainless steel legs that keep it sturdy and height adjustable when needed such as during cleaning or setup on uneven floors.

Inside, you will find easy-to-clean, beautifully lit dual-sided porcelain lining on the cavity and rack guides that allow you to set up your racks at 11 positions. You can count on the 0.75 hp two-speed fan with a single inlet wheel to touch every single position on the cooking chamber so that food on all racks bakes evenly at the same pace.

Temperatures range at 200 to 50 degrees Fahrenheit, which you can adjust with impressive precision using the LED display-equipped solid-state digital thermostat. Slow-cooking your meats? You can leave the oven to it by simply choosing the Cook and Hold feature on the unit. Baking delicate desserts? The Pulse Plus mode ensures no scorching. You can count on the aluminized steel combustion chamber to bear the heat and the cooling fan to bring everything to a cool quickly to reduce recovery times in between bake sessions.

The dual-pane thermal glass windows on the left and right swing doors provide the viewing area from which you can check your progress at a glance. These doors are made of stainless steel as well but made even more solid with triple-mounted pressure locks. If you load and unload pans many times during the day, the single-powder coated handle that opens or closes both doors synchronically will be beneficial to your operation.

When it comes to flame quality, you can count on the removable dual-tube burners to create the proper height and distribute it evenly, and the air mixers with adjustable air shutters to help you get the ideal color and combustion of the flame. The unit has a ball-bearing front control panel that slides out for easy access while the front-mounted manual gas service cut-off is also conveniently accessible when needed. The unit also has an internal pressure regulator and vents using either a draft diverter or draft hood.

The Blodgett DFG-200-ES SGL single-deck gas convection oven meets cETL and NSF standards and includes a two-year warranty on parts and labor and a five-year limited warranty on the oven doors.
