Beverage Air BB78HC-1-FG-S Description
The BB78HC-1-FG-S Refrigerated Food Rated Back Bar Storage Cabinet from Beverage Air offers efficient and reliable back bar refrigeration. This model comes with a stainless steel finish on its front and doors making it easy to clean and maintain. The food rated interior has a total capacity of 33.59 cu. ft. and can be used to store four ½ kegs.
The stainless steel interior is simple to clean and maintain while allowing open food products to be stored inside it safely. Organizing items and maximizing the usability of the space is made easy with six epoxy-coated shelves. To keep the doors from being left open accidentally they are self-closing. To safely and efficiently handle multiple items workers need to be able to use both hands, which is why the doors on this unit have a stay-open feature. When the doors are closed, an airtight seal is provided by the magnetic gaskets. Items inside can be rapidly cooled with the unit’s forced-air refrigeration system
2392 BTU/hr of cooling potential is provided by the self-contained refrigeration system with a ⅓ HP compressor. The refrigeration system can be mounted on either the left or right. Items inside are kept between 36ºF and 38ºF by the fully electronic controls. The refrigeration system also features an epoxy-coated evaporator coil to provide reliable refrigeration with minimal maintenance. A non-electric automatic defrost cycle keeps the refrigeration system running efficiently while keeping downtime to a minimum. Eco-friendly R290 refrigerant is used by this unit to meet all environmental regulations.
An eight-foot power cord with a NEMA 5-15P plug set is wired at the factory to connect this unit to a standard outlet providing 115v/60/1-ph power at 5.5 amps.
