This unit’s interior is food rated and has a total of 12.4 cu. ft. of cold storage that can also be used to store two ½ kegs.

The reach-in section has two epoxy-coated shelves to organize items and maximize the usability of the space. The interior features stainless steel construction and is certified to store open food products. The self-closing door provides convenient access that can reduce power consumption. When workers need to access multiple items from this refrigerator the doors’ stay-open feature can be used to free up both hands allowing for efficient access. When the doors are closed an airtight seal is maintained by the magnetic gaskets. Balanced forced-air refrigeration allows this back bar refrigerator to quickly and evenly cool items

Cooling is provided by a side-mounted refrigeration system utilizing a ¼ HP compressor that provides 1702 BTU/hr of cooling. To best fit your establishment the refrigeration system can be ordered on either side. The fully electronic controls keep the interior between 36ºF and 38ºF as efficiently as possible while an epoxy-coated evaporator makes sure heat is exchanged reliably with minimal service. Defrosting is accomplished automatically with a non-electric system to reduce downtime while keeping the interior free of frost. The refrigerant used is R290, an environmentally-friendly hydrocarbon that meets all environmental regulations.

Power is provided to the unit with the 8’ power cord that comes prewired from the factory with a NEMA 5-15P plug set for use with a standard outlet with 115v/60/1-ph power at 2.5 amps.
