The stainless steel interior is simple to clean and maintain while allowing open food products to be stored inside it safely. Organizing items and maximizing the usability of the space is made easy with six epoxy-coated shelves. To keep the doors from being left open accidentally they are self-closing. Users will find the stay-open feature handy since it will free up both their hands to access multiple items easily. Airtight seals are ensured by magnetic door gaskets. This back bar refrigerator utilizes forced-air refrigeration to quickly cool products evenly so they are served at the right temperature.

2392 BTU/hr of cooling is generated by the self-contained refrigeration system featuring a ⅓ HP compressor. The refrigeration system can be mounted on either the left or right. An epoxy-coated evaporator coil will make sure the refrigeration system will provide efficient cooling for many years. The temperature is maintained at between 36ºF and 38ºF by the unit's fully electronic controls. To meet all environmental regulations this unit uses R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant that minimizes negative effects on the atmosphere. An automatic non-electric defrost system provides convenience and minimizes downtime.

An 8-foot power cable comes from the factory prewired with a NEMA 5-15P plug set for use with standard 115v/60/1-ph power.
