Grilling a lot of meats but don't have extra floor space for a new commercial grill? This 72" wide commercial charbroiler can add plenty of cooking space right on top of a counter. Built to handle the rigors of daily use, this unit comes with a stainless steel exterior, interior, and combustion chamber.

This countertop range has a total of 16 burners that collectively operate at up to 240,000 BTU. There are solidly constructed stainless steel radiants that heat up the three (3) free floating round rod top grates, which you can adjust to four (4) tilted positions to achieve desired doneness and quality for each recipe. With the EZ tilt-to-front grease trough, flare-ups and grease are well managed for easy operation. The double walls are fully insulated so the unit can keep up with batch after batch of cooking with little recovery time.

With the continuously lit crossover pilot tube system, you can fire up this commercial range in a snap. Cleanups are made simpler with the top grid scraper. The unit also has a 6" service shelf with a towel bar and water tubs.
