Boasting 13 burners and all stainless steel construction in a space-saving countertop build, this 60" wide gas commercial charbroiler is a powerful and dependable addition to demanding kitchen environments. The unit uses coal radiants with high-density Glo-Stones that deliver high heat and get richer flavors out of the meats. These stones also offer excellent heat retention with the help of the fully insulated double walls to allow for quick recovery in between sessions. The Glo-Stones are also very easy to keep clean because they do not absorb the grease.

There are three (3) free-floating round rod top grates that can be adjusted to (4) tilted positions to find the best possible cooking height for various recipes. They come with an EZ tilt-to-front grease trough that reduces flare-ups and guides the grease where it needs to go. The crossover pilot tube system has a continuously lit design that enables you to start the commercial countertop range instantly.  A top grid scraper for cleaning the cooking surfaces is also included with the package. This commercial grill also comes with a 6" service shelf with a utility bar and water tubs.
