This 72" wide commercial charbroiler offers a large grilling space that fits right on top of your counter. The exterior, interior, and combustion chamber are all made of stainless steel to defend against rust and corrosion. 

There are a total of 16 burners, each with 15,000 BTU cooking power to help you keep up with the daily demand. The cast iron radiants heat up the three (3) free floating round rod top grates that can be adjusted to four (4) tilted heights on demand to help you achieve the desired doneness and texture of the dishes. The EZ tilt-to-front grease trough helps control the grease and minimize flare-ups for easy and smooth operation. The cast iron construction on the grates paired with the full insulation f the double walls achieve optimal heat retention to speed up recovery time in between uses.

Fire up the countertop range in seconds with the continuously lit crossover pilot tube system. Remove food debris or grime from the cooking surfaces with the help of the supplied top grid scraper. The unit is made complete with the 6" service shelf, towel bar, and water tubs.
