This 48" wide commercial charbroiler lets you cook a large number of proteins right from your countertop. With stainless steel construction inside and out including the combustion chamber, this unit will stand up well to the more demanding challenges in the kitchen.

There are 10 burners powering this countertop range to deliver a total of 150,000 BTU cooking power. The cast-iron radiants heat the free-floating round rod top grates that you can tilt to four (4) different positions to find the best cooking spot for each recipe. The fully insulated double walls and the cast iron construction of the radiants help retain heat well so the charbroiler can reach desired cooking temperatures quickly. The grates come with a grease trough that has a tilt-to-front design for optimal grease movement.

The crossover pilot tube system stays lighted so you can fire up this commercial grill instantly when you need it. A top grid scraper helps you keep the cooking surface clean and free from food debris and grime. The unit also includes a 6" service shelf with a towel bar and water tubs.
