Packing 10 burners and all stainless steel construction, this 48" wide gas commercial charbroiler is a dependable meat-grilling workhorse that you can set right on your counter. There are 10 burners on this unit, each delivering 15,000 BTU of cooking power. Designed to speed up recovery in between uses, the unit has fully insulated double walls and coal radiants that use Glo-Stones, which come from high-density refractory stones with heat-retaining properties. Plus, these stones help add to the flavors of the food and do not absorb grease so they can be cleaned easily.

The free-floating round rod top grate heated by the Glo-Stones can be titled to four (4) positions to adjust the intensity of the heat that hits the food. The EZ grease trough that tilts from the front makes for easy management of the grease. The continuously lit crossover pilot tube system fires up this countertop range effortlessly so you can get to work with no time wasted. The unit also comes with a top grid scraper is also supplied for cleaning, a 6" service shelf with a utility bar, and water tubs.
