    With Lang Manufacturing countertop griddles, you can cook pancakes, omelets, and burgers all at once, expanding your menu choices. They come in electric and gas variants with widths ranging from 24" to 72". Select between 2, 4, and 6 burners. Lang Manufacturing supplies countertop griddles in standard-duty and heavy-duty variants to accommodate all your commercial kitchen demands. They have a stainless steel construction, a 1" thick polished steel or chrome-plated griddle plate, and a pilot safety function. Depending on the model, they offer embedded electric snap-action thermostats with a range of 200° to 450° F or solid-state thermostats with a range of 175° to 450° F. The gas griddles have a 27,000 BTU per burner hourly output. Lang Manufacturing's state-of-the-art commercial ranges are renowned for drastically cutting down on service time. CKitchen offers induction ranges, restaurant electric ranges, and heavy-duty electric ranges from Lang Manufacturing.
