This heavy-duty pizza prep table is built with stainless steel top, front, and side panels to help it endure the stresses of being used in a commercial kitchen. The interior is made entirely of hygienic stainless steel, ensuring that your pizza ingredients are kept in a clean environment at all times.  

Ample Space for Prepped Ingredients

The stainless steel top has a pan rail that comes with a dozen 1/3 size condiment pans, each with a depth of 6”. Insulated pan covers are available to further protect your ingredients when the prep table is not in use.

Spacious Work Area for Making Pizza

The worktop includes a durable cutting board made of high-density polyethylene, where you can cut, peel, and chop ingredients, roll dough, and make pizzas of all sizes before they go into the oven. The 19 1/4”-deep cutting board is bracketed to a side rail, making it easy to mount and remove for cleaning and sanitation.  

Innovative Forced Air System

The Turbo-Air TPR-93SD-D2-N has a forced air system that circulates a cold air shield around the food pans, ensuring that the ingredients are kept at safe temperatures of 41° F and below.

Roomy Refrigerator Interior

This three-section self-contained refrigerated unit can accommodate a full capacity of 31 cu. ft., offering more than enough space for keeping extra ingredients handy. The interior comes with (4) stainless steel shelves that help you make the most out of the available space.  

Sturdy Doors with Ergonomic Handles

The Turbo-Air TPR-93SD-D2-N has (2) solid doors and (2) drawers that open up to the interior. Each door and drawer is fitted with an easy-grip handle that is recessed into the panel for a comfortable grip.

Self-Cleaning Condenser

This unit has a self-cleaning condenser that regularly removes dust buildup that may clog the condenser and put the entire system at risk of failure. The condenser has a rotating brush that is programmed to automatically clean the coil 2 to 3 times per day. Not only does this reduce maintenance to a minimum, it also keeps the condenser clean and efficient at all times.

Casters for Mobility

This pizza prep table stands of 4” casters, with brakes on the front casters to keep the unit stationary when in use. Optional stainless steel or ABS legs are available at an additional price.

Environment-Friendly Refrigeration

The Turbo-Air TPR-93SD-D2-N uses R290 refrigerant, a hydrocarbon coolant that is considered safe for the environment. R290 does not harm the ozone layer and has minimal contribution to climate change. It also conforms to the stringent standards of the EPA and DOE on refrigerant use and management.
