The Turbo-Air TPR-44SD-D2-N makes pizza preparation easier and more convenient. This super deluxe all-steel pizza prep table combines an expansive worktop and extra refrigerated space for keeping your pizza toppings cool and fresh.

Heavy-Duty Steel Construction

This pizza prep table has a stainless steel exterior top and front to ensure the unit weathers the stresses of daily commercial use. The interior is all stainless steel, providing a sanitary environment for your ingredients. An optional stainless steel overhead shelf is also available for an extra fee to provide additional storage space.

Plenty of Space for Storing Ingredients

The prep table comes with (6) 1/3 size condiment pans, each pan going 6” deep to accommodate plenty of ingredients. An insulated pan cover provides energy-efficient protection for your ingredients during slow hours.

Durable Cutting Board for Preparing Ingredients

A 19 1/4”-deep cutting board is placed in front of the food pans to provide a space for peeling, chopping, and slicing onions, bell peppers, and pepperoni for your pizzas. The cutting board is made of ½”-thick high-density polyethylene to ensure that it lasts as long as the prep table.

Innovative Cold Bunker System

The Turbo-Air TPR-44SD-D2-N uses a forced-air system that delivers cold air over, under, and around the food pans. This ensures that your ingredients remain at safe temperatures of 41° F and below even when the pan cover is open.

Ergonomically Designed Drawers

The (2) refrigerator drawers have easy-grip handles that are recessed into the door panel. Both drawers open up to a single section that provides 14 cu. ft. of maximum storage space.

Self-Cleaning Condenser

This pizza prep table comes with Turbo-Air’s groundbreaking condenser that has a self-cleaning system to remove dust and make sure no dust buildup puts the system at risk. The condenser has a rotating brush that automatically moves up and down 2 to 3 times per day, reducing maintenance costs and keeping the condenser clean and dust-free all the time.

Mobile Pizza Prep Table

The Turbo-Air TPR-44SD-D2-N is a mobile unit that stands on 4” casters with brakes on the front set so you can lock it in when in use. Optional stainless steel or ABS legs are available at an extra price.

Environment-Friendly Refrigeration

This unit is cooled using R290, a hydrocarbon refrigerant that meets and exceeds the new requirements of the EPA and DOE on safe refrigerant use. R290 does not have any contribution to the hole in the ozone layer and has minimal impact on global warming.

Energy Requirements

This prep table is powered by a side-mounted 1/4 HP compressor. It runs on a voltage of 115v/60/1-ph.
