The Turbo-Air TPR-93SD-D6-N is sure to bear the brunt of daily commercial use in a high-capacity pizzeria thanks to its stainless steel front, side, and top panels. The interior is also entirely stainless steel to give it another layer of strength and durability.

Ample Space for Prepped Ingredients

The refrigeration pan rail on top of the unit includes (12) 1/3 size condiment pans that have a depth of 6” to provide a lot of space for your pizza toppings. Insulated pan covers can be placed over the food pans to further keep the ingredients safe when the unit is not in use.  

Spacious, Durable Cutting Board

The 19 1/4”-deep cutting board offers a wide expanse for peeling, chopping, and slicing ingredients as well as rolling out dough for an XXL pizza. The board is made of high-density polyethylene to help it withstand heavy-duty use. It has side rail brackets that allow you to easily remove the board for cleanup.

Ergonomically Designed Drawer Handles

The Turbo-Air TPR-93SD-D6-N has half a dozen drawers that open up to the interior. Each drawer has a recessed handle that can be gripped with comfort. ABS liners cover the interior of every drawer to protect against water damage.  

Self-Cleaning Condenser

The unit’s condenser is fitted with a rotating brush that is programmed to move up and down the coil 2 to 3 times per day automatically. This removes any dust that may have gathered in the condenser and discourages dust buildup that may compromise the performance of the unit.

Casters for Mobility

The Turbo-Air TPR-93SD-D6-N stands on 4” caster wheels with brakes on the front set that allow it to be transported for maintenance and servicing with ease. Stainless steel or ABS legs are available for an extra fee.

Environment-Friendly Refrigeration

This pizza prep table is kept cold using R290, a specialized hydrocarbon refrigerant that satisfies the strict requirements of the EPA and DOE on refrigerant use and management. R290 registers with an excellent Ozone Depletion Potential of 0 and a low Global Warming Potential of 3.
