Robust Construction for Commercial Kitchens  

The Turbo-Air TBC-32SD-GF-N is a product of Turbo-Air, which has been providing heavy-duty refrigerators for more than 20 years. Turbo-Air built this glass chiller with durability in mind. The exterior sides, front, back, sliding lid, and countertop are all made of stainless steel. The interior walls and floor are also stainless steel, providing a hygienic environment that resists corrosion and prevents rust from coming in contact with your items.

Generous Interior Space

Measuring 36.75” wide, this glass chiller provides up to 9.31 cu. ft. of storage space for chilling your items. The interior includes (5) polyethylene-coated wire shelves that resist rust and damage that may be caused by exposure to moisture.

Optimal Temperatures for Chilling Glasses

The Turbo-Air TBC-32SD-GF-N has a temperature range of -5° F to -15° F, which is perfect for chilling and frosting glasses rapidly. The chiller uses a direct cooling system that naturally circulates cold air around the cabinet. To melt ice that may form inside the unit, it also includes a manual defrost system. High-density polyurethane insulation is foamed in place throughout the interior to make sure the cold air stays inside the chiller.

Low-Maintenance Unit with Self-Cleaning Condenser

To prevent dust from accruing in the condenser, the Turbo-Air TBC-32SD-GF-N has a self-cleaning condenser that rids itself of dust every day. The condenser is shielded from larger particles using a fine mesh filter. Anything that escapes through the filter is cleaned using a rotating brush that automatically moves up and down the condenser 2 to 3 times per day. This reduces the need for manual cleaning and service calls to fix a clogged up condenser.

Easy to Transport Glass Chiller

The Turbo-Air TBC-36SD-GF-N has 4” caster wheels that allow you to move it easily across the kitchen. For an underbar unit, you can choose optional 2” casters instead. You can also get a set of stainless steel legs that can be adjusted in height to fit in the available space you have. The 2” casters and stainless steel legs are available at an extra charge.

Eco-Friendly Chiller that is Safe for the Environment

The Turbo-Air TBC-32SD-GF-N does not harm the ozone layer. It also has a very small impact on global warming and climate change. That’s because it uses R290 refrigerant, a hydrocarbon refrigerant that meets the EPA and DOE’s strict standards on refrigerant use and management.

This glass chiller is powered by a ¼ HP compressor. It runs on a voltage of 115v/60/1-ph.
