Tough Construction

To ensure that this glass chiller can take the rigors of being used in a commercial setting, Turbo-Air built this unit using heavy-duty materials and excellent construction. The exterior is made of galvanized steel coated with a wear-resistant vinyl finish to give it a chic, modern look. The interior has stainless steel sides and floor to provide a hygienic environment for your glassware.  

Roomy Interior

The Turbo-Air TBC-50SB-GF-N has (2) stainless steel sliding lids that open up to the interior. It has a maximum capacity of 13.85 cu. ft., giving you plenty of space for a good number of glasses. You can organize your items using (5) durable wire shelves, coated with durable polyethylene to protect them from water damage.

Ideal Temperatures for Glass Chilling

To make sure all items are perfectly frosted, the Turbo-Air TBC-50SB-GF-N can maintain an interior temperature of -5° F to -15° F. High-density polyurethane insulation is foamed in place throughout the cabinet to help keep the cold air inside. This glass chiller uses a direct cooling system to circulate cold air around the interior naturally. It also comes with a manual defrost system.

Self-Cleaning Condenser

You can expect the Turbo-Air TBC-50SB-GF-N to stay in tiptop shape at all times thanks to Turbo-Air’s patented self-cleaning condenser. This unique innovation includes a rotating brush that moves up and down the condenser automatically 2 to 3 times every day, ensuring that the condenser is always clean and dust-free.

Easy to Change Position

The Turbo-Air TBC-50SB-GF-N has 4” caster wheels that make it easy for you to change its position in the kitchen. It also comes with optional 2” casters so that it can easily fit underbar. You may also include a set of 6” stainless steel height-adjustable legs. Both the 2” casters and 6” legs are available at an additional charge.

Environment-Friendly Refrigerant

The Turbo-Air TBC-50SB-GF-N is for bars, cafes, and restaurants that want to minimize their environmental footprint. This eco-friendly glass chiller uses R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant, a specialized refrigerant that does not harm the ozone layer and has little effect on global warming. R290 is in full compliance with the regulations on refrigerant use set by the EPA and DOE.

Energy Requirements

This glass chiller runs on a 1/3 HP compressor. It has a voltage of 115v/60/1-ph.
