Fantastic! Have 2 of these units – one in my restaurant, the other at home. They are very reliable, heat up fast, cook evenly.

I like it’s simple to operate. Griddle is indeed great. It’s stainless, manual, with 2 burners, and 3/4" polished steel plate. Works like a champ. It was easy to hook up as well. No doubt, I would recommend this item.
