From pastry goods to lamb chops and turkey rolls, the Turbo-Air RBCO-N1 Commercial Convection Oven can bake, roast, and cook a variety of food products. This single-tier electric convection oven is designed and manufactured by Turbo-Air, a leading provider of restaurant-quality kitchen equipment with more than 20 years in the business.

The Turbo-Air RBCO-N1 has a stainless steel interior and exterior, providing maximum durability that allows it to withstand the rigors of the typical busy commercial kitchen. The heat-reflecting glass doors not only let you see the contents of the oven without opening the doors to let heat out, these good-looking doors fit well in any open-type kitchen and attract more customers to your space.
Spacious Interior
The 30 ¾” Turbo-Air RBCO-N1 lets you prepare huge batches with the ability to hold up to (5) trays at any given time. The oven can accommodate European pan size trays that measure 16” x 24”.
Hot Air and Steam System Delivers Uniform Cooking
The convection oven’s motor and propeller generate hot air and distributes it evenly inside the baking chamber so that all your items are cooked evenly, no matter where they are positioned inside the oven. Steam is available at 302° F, a useful feature for making artisan breads and tender meat dishes while keeping the flavorful juices intact. The oven is fully insulated and sealed to ensure the hot air stays inside the baking chamber.
Bi-Directional Fan Eliminates Cold and Hot Spots
To further ensure all your items are cooked uniformly, the Turbo-Air RBCO-N1 has a bi-directional 13.2” fan. This fan rotates clockwise and counterclockwise to blow hot air into all the nooks and crannies of the baking chamber, removing cold and hot spots that may cause uneven cooking. To keep operators safe, the fan is equipped with a door switch cutoff, which prevents it from turning on when the door is open.
Precise Temperature Control
The oven has a 60-minute timer, which flashes to let you know when cooking time has begun. This allows you to easily keep an eye on your food items while you work on other tasks in the kitchen. The oven is sensitive to both its actual temperature and the room temperature, helping you set a cooking temperature that is best for your specific food item.
Programmable Menu
The Turbo-Air RBCO-N1 lets you input up to (5) menu programs, allowing you to save the settings for your most frequently prepared food products. It’s a great feature if you’re working with unskilled operators because they simply have to place the items inside the oven, choose a setting, and wait for the timer to beep.
Stackable Oven for Growing Businesses
The Turbo-Air RBCO-N1 can be stacked up to (2) units high, allowing you to add more cooking space as your business grows.
