Stainless Steel Exterior Designed to Endure the Stresses of a Commercial Setting

The Turbo-Air MUR-60-N Undercounter Refrigerator has a heavy-duty exterior with stainless steel top, front, and sides. The interior is built using aluminum side and back panels and a corrosion-resistant stainless steel floor. This all-metal construction allows the refrigerator to endure all the rigors brought upon it in a busy, bustling commercial kitchen.

Swing Doors Have Self-Closing Hinges to Keep Them Always Closed

Refrigerator doors left open can wreak havoc on its contents, so Turbo-Air made sure this unit’s doors will never be left ajar with the self-closing hinges on the (2) swing doors. Both doors are furnished with ergonomic easy-grip handles that are recessed into the panels. These allow you to hold the handles comfortably and open the doors with ease. Optional door locks can be ordered for an extra fee. Please be advised that door locks need extra lead time. The door interiors are lined using durable ABS sheets. Each door has one-piece magnetic gaskets that can be taken off without tools.

The Turbo-Air MUR-60-N Undercounter Refrigerator can hold an interior temperature range of 33° F to 38° F. You can adjust the temperature using the refrigerator’s digital control system. A crystal clear LED display is available so you can carefully watch the temperature. The refrigerator is fully insulated using layers of high-density polyurethane insulation that keeps the cold air sealed inside. The interior comes with (2) heavy-duty, height-adjustable, polyethylene-coated wire shelves, with an extra shelf available for an additional fee. The interior of the Turbo-Air MUR-60-N Undercounter Refrigerator is brightly lit with energy-efficient LED lighting.

Self-Cleaning Condenser Prevents Dust Buildup Every Day

Dust that gathers in the condenser can seriously compromise the performance of any unit. To prevent this, the Turbo-Air MUR-60-N Undercounter Refrigerator has a self-cleaning condenser that frequently cleans dust and other debris. The self-cleaning device uses a rotating brush that automatically moves up and down the condenser 2 to 3 times per day. This significantly minimizes the need for manual cleaning by staff and reduces service calls. The condenser is also protected by a fine mesh wire filter that keeps large particles away.

Swivel Casters for Easy Transportability

The Turbo-Air MUR-60-N Undercounter Refrigerator is supported by a set of heavy-duty 4” swivel casters that allow you to effortlessly move the refrigerator across the kitchen floor. Locks on the front set will bolt the unit into place to keep it stationary once you find the right position. If you prefer legs, you may order an optional set of 6” legs that are either stainless steel or ABS for an extra fee. Other optional add-ons include a backsplash guard for protecting the refrigerator’s exterior top and a double shelf that can be installed overhead. Both add-ons come at an additional charge.

Earth-Friendly Refrigerator Uses Hydrocarbon Coolant

The Turbo-Air MUR-60-N Undercounter Refrigerator uses R290, a hydrocarbon coolant that has zero impact on the ozone layer and minimal contribution to global warming. R290 is deemed safe for the environment in accordance with the new rules and regulations on refrigerant use mandated by the EPA and DOE.
