This combined refrigerator and buffet table is a sturdy unit manufactured by Turbo Air, a leading name in refrigeration products with more than two decades in the industry.

It has a stainless steel exterior construction, stainless steel interior floor, and aluminum interior panels and door liners so you can expect it to last even in the most hectic foodservice environments.

The two stainless steel doors are fitted with easy-grip recessed handles for a streamlined look and have self-closing hinges to make sure they are fully shut at all times. The doors have one-piece magnetic door gaskets that can be easily removed for hassle-free cleaning and replacement.

The Turbo Air JBT-48-N is a self-contained unit with a side-mounted compressor. It can be used right away without a complicated installation process and can be serviced without being moved. With dimensions of 47.25” wide x 27.5” deep x 28.75” high, this front-breathing refrigerated buffet table can be used anywhere even in the narrowest of spaces.

The refrigeration cabinet has a full capacity of 11 cu. ft., providing generous space for storing extra ingredients. It has (2) heavy-duty adjustable polyethylene-coated wire shelves, with the option to add more shelves at an additional charge.

The top can hold (9) 1/3 size condiment pans, which all come with the unit at no extra cost. You can show off your cold menu items while keeping them at a pleasant chill between 33° F to 39° F. Turbo Air also offers an optional tray slide so your customers don’t have to carry their plates while filling them up at the buffet table.

To help you maintain the right temperature, the Turbo Air JBT-48-N has a built-in temperature control and monitoring system with a digital display. For protection against airborne particles, you may avail of an optional transparent polycarbonate sneeze guard and individual clear pan covers for additional fees.

The Turbo Air JBT-48-N uses a revolutionary hot gas condensate system to eliminate excess water produced by the compressor. It has anti-corrosion pipes specially treated to prevent refrigerant leakage and the overflow of condensate water while also improving the unit’s energy efficiency.

To further maximize your energy savings, this unit has foamed-in polyurethane insulation that effectively seals in the cold air inside. This refrigerated buffet table uses R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant, an eco-friendly refrigerant that complies with the stringent standards of the DOE and EPA.

The front grille cover can be removed at any time without special tools or skills to make cleaning the condenser a breeze. It also comes with a condenser cleaning brush. This unit has 4” swivel casters with front locks to keep it from moving. A set of 6” stainless steel legs or 6” ABS plastic legs are also available at an extra cost.

The Turbo Air JBT-48-N runs on 1/3HP. It requires 115v/60/1-ph and 3.76 amps to operate and has a NEMA 5-15P plug. This model is cETLus and ETL-Sanitation-certified.
