Southbend SE36A-HHH Description
This 36" heavy-duty commercial electric range fits three (3) hot tops and a convection oven in a single piece of cooking equipment. With stainless steel front, sides, top, and oven lining, this unit can handle the more demanding tasks.
The 12" wide, 24" deep hot plates are controlled by a thermostat that has a temperature range of 250 degrees Fahrenheit to 850 degrees Fahrenheit. The 9" round hot plates are each controlled by a three-heat switch that lets you adjust the heat intensity to low, medium, and high settings. The front of the cooktop is a 9.25" deep rail for added functionality.
The fully insulated convection oven on this commercial range allows you to cook food on up to six (6) racks at a time. The two-speed fan then blows the hot air around the cooking chamber to evenly cook all the products regardless of where they are placed. The oven comes with stainless steel inner lining, stainless steel throat, vent with damper and shelf-type, and stainless steel lined door for long-lasting durability.
A 5" stainless steel flue riser helps eliminate the heat and smoke produced by the unit by deflecting it to a ventilation hood installed in your kitchen. The 6" legs can be adjusted for easy installation on uneven floors.
